Headquartered at the Texas Medical Center. Engineering high-potency ADC platforms to achieve Complete Response (CR) in BRAF-mutant oncology.
The Platform
A modular Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) platform optimized for high selectivity in treatment-resistant tumor microenvironments.
The majority of oncology ADCs address peripheral tumor control. Encina CR's platform is architecturally distinct: built from the outset to address both systemic disease and the CNS-metastatic environment — the two frontiers where BRAF-mutant colorectal cancer is most lethal and least served by existing agents.
Our platform's modularity allows rapid adaptation across mutation classes without rebuilding core infrastructure. Each Branch Program shares a validated antibody-linker scaffold, enabling portfolio-level efficiency and de-risked development timelines.
Cerebro-Checkmate™ Strategy
The ability to achieve meaningful anti-tumor activity in both peripheral and central nervous system disease — simultaneously — represents an unmet clinical need with zero currently approved ADC solutions. Encina CR's platform is designed for this specific dual theater of action. Mechanism details available under executed CDA.
